Hampshire Cross Country League (HCCL) 2011/2012 - Saturdays

This league consists of five races, one per month starting in October. Our senior men are currently in league Division Two, vet men in league Division One and ladies in the Senior and Vet league.

For the ladies each fixture is run over a 6km course and starts at 13:35, the men approx 10km and starts at 14.30.

These races are prepaid; the only condition you must comply to is to wear club colours. We desperately need runners for these events, please see your team captain.

2011/2012 Fixture Details

This league consists of eight races, plus the national final. To qualify to run in the final you must run at least two league fixtures or one fixture and help out at our own fixture. A club championship will run throughout the season, you need to run at least four to qualify.

All races are around 5 miles in length, of varied terrain and start at 11am.

To run all you need to do is turn up with your kit, pay our Chairman Glynne Jones £2, run, hand him your number which you will be given when you finish then help yourself to refreshments. Scoring teams of 7 male runners (minimum of 2 vet) and 3 female (minimum of 1 vet)
